Nicki Dexter joined Adevinta (previously Schibsted) as Vice President of HR, Product & Technology in 2017, and then later that year became SVP of People & Communications.
Previous roles include HR Director at Telefonica Digital from 2015 to 2017, Senior HR Business Partner, Digital from 2012-2014 and People Change Manager for O2 from 2010-2011.
Nicki has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Southampton Solent University and a post-diploma in Personnel & Development from Thames Valley University.
