There are four core tracks including internships and technical specialists although in 2023 we’re only hiring International Generalists. All participants have access to tailored training and development, as well as an established Early Careers network.

In 2023, all our International Generalist roles will be based in Barcelona.

Are you also hiring Tech Trainees or Interns?

In 2023, we’ll only be hiring International Generalists. In the past, we’ve also hired additional roles within the Early Careers Programme, including Technical Specialists, Tech Trainees and Interns.

Is there visa sponsorship and/or relocation support available?

It depends on the team, location and role, but we are sometimes able to help with relocation by finding you a place to live or providing support for financial changes i.e. taxes.

What happens after the Early Careers Programme? Is there an alumni network?

Our Early Careers Programme is designed to help junior talent kick-start their careers and develop skills for success. When they have completed the programme, if there are suitable roles available, we love to keep our people onboard to allow them to flourish and continue their career with Adevinta. All graduates that go on to continue with us form part of our Early Careers Alumni, and take part in projects within the Early Careers Programme and the company.
