Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns:
Du bist Teil des Teams für Banken Partnerschaften.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business Development, Operations und Produkt.
Dabei übernimmst du als first-point-of-contact das operative Projektmanagement und gestaltest die langfristige strategische Ausrichtung mit.
Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte und treibst diese eigenverantwortlich voran.
Du überwachst und wertest relevante KPIs aus.
Du erstellst Reportings, pflegst diese kontinuierlich und kommunizierst diese an die entsprechenden internen und externen Stakeholder.
Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools (Looker, Tableau) und/oder CRM-Tools (Salesforce) gesammelt und kannst ad-hoc Analysen primär mithilfe dieser Tools erstellen und bereitest die Erkenntnisse für die verschiedenen Stakeholder in direkter Zusammenarbeit auf.
Du supportest das Erstellen von Pitch-Decks in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fach-Kollegen:innen.

Erste Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche, im Finanzwesen, E-Commerce, Consulting oder ähnlich sind ein Pluspunkt.
Bachelor-Abschluss (oder ähnlich) in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im (digitalen) Automobilhandel und/oder im Bereich Automobilbanken (Finanzierung/Leasing)
Fähigkeit zur Interaktion mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation.
Teamplayer mit großem persönlichem Engagement und gutem Sinn für Humor.
Guter Kommunikator mit starken mündlichen und schriftlichen Kenntnissen in Deutsch (auf Muttersprachniveau) und Englisch.
Hohe Kompetenz in modernen Kommunikations- und Kollaborationstools
