Job Description
We are looking for a Performance management lead, to drive key performance metrics and processes as part of the Enterprise Platforms and Technology Operations (EPTO) organisation. You will be responsible for defining, reporting and analysing key performance metrics for the global IT function, including efficiency, financial and operational metrics. You will work closely with teams across the IT organisation on how we can track, improve and optimise the portfolio of services with close collaboration with our Finance Business Partner and our Technology Business Management team.
The role is part of our Strategy, Portfolio & Excellence organisation and will work closely with the strategy team, the portfolio delivery and IT Business partnering teams as well as product- and service lines.
You will:
Plan, drive and challenge forecast and budget processes for the EPTO organisation
Challenge budget demands (demand review, ad-hoc requests) and conduct financial checks for our demand review
Drive efficiency and improvement initiatives of financials and operational processes
Own and drive discussion related to our IT cost allocation model
Own and manage the EPTO financial envelope to ensure we are staying in budget
Be the responsible contact for our internal EPTO balanced scorecard and ensure regular updates, e..g, define, report and analysis key performance metrics for the EPTO organisation
Collaborate and partner with our financial business partners with business understanding and being the key contact person for financial topics
Support senior leadership on financial management for their area and help on identifying efficient opportunities
Work closely with the technology business management team to leverage the TBM framework in performance analysis and support.
Be embedded TBM in the relevant management processes: budgeting, planning, cost and service reviews
Have the overall view of financials across operational cost, project cost as well as transformational spend
Help in support our yearly initiative funding process and drive funding approvals as well as funding allocation processes
Support in complex financial topics where business understanding is key, capex process, etc.
Support project financials process and conduct financial administrational tasks (e.g., billing and invoicing approvals)

You’re experienced in service costing, (TBM) cost allocations, budgeting and IT service delivery chains
You have strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modelling and analysis
You have excellent communication skills, can quickly build relationships and establish credibility across the shared service function and with business leaders
You have experience communication and collaborating with senior leadership
