Job Description
Au sein de la Direction de la Relation Client, vous faites partie de l'équipe Partenaire et assistez le responsable de production afin de piloter l'ensemble des partenaires exerçant sur le périmètre de la Relation Clients (Service client & contenu).
Votre rôle est de vous assurer de la bonne exécution des missions dans le respect des engagements contractuels.
Vos missions :
- Piloter les engagements contractuels des partenaires (Respect des KPI quantitatifs et qualitatifs)
- Participer aux instances de pilotage avec les Chargés de qualité et si besoin des équipes métier
- Assurer le suivi des plans d'actions de la part des partenaires en cas de défaut des engagements
- Identifier des axes d'automatisation, réduction de coûts au travers la connaissance métier
- Collecter les besoins d'évolution outil ou de formation afin de les remonter en interne, sur la base de :
- Remontée partenaires eux-mêmes
- Identification des besoins de formation continue par le chargé de qualité partenaire
- Coordonner si besoin les chargés de qualité Partenaires -
Ce que nous recherchons :
Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion et pilotage de partenaires dans le domaine de la Relation Clients.
- Vous avez de très bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats
- Vous incarnez nos valeurs : pragmatisme, engagement, proximité et créativité
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et coordonner les actions
Les + :
- Maitrise de l'outil Zendesk/Jira
- Un bon niveau sur Excel
