Remplacement de poste. Rattaché.e au manager du pôle CRM BtoB, tes missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Recommandation et conception de mécaniques efficaces et innovantes de fidélisation pour nos clients professionnels, principalement sur le marché de l’automobile.

  • Gestion de projets d’envergure et innovants transverses à l’équipe CRM (gestion de la pression, priorisation, segmentation…).

  • Mise en place d’un marronnier / plan d’animation trimestriel suite à la récupération des besoins auprès des différentes parties prenantes (produit, commercial…).

  • Pilotage opérationnel des campagnes email et push notification (multicanal, personnalisation ++, segmentée...) sur leboncoin et L’argus - gestion des outils Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud et Batch.

  • Construction de programmes d’activation et de rétention automatisés en adéquation avec la roadmap.

  • Analyse des performances des campagnes, optimisations et tests (tu es garant du choix des bons KPIs, calcul incrément, réflexion sur les données nécessaires…).

  • Travailler en synergie avec l’ensemble des équipes internes (Commerciales, Features team, Juridique, Tech…) et externes.

  • Veille concurrentielle.

Qualifications :

  • Tu as minimum 4 ans d’expérience en CRM, et les sujets comme la réalisation d’un cycle de vie complexe, la mise en place d’une segmentation ou la gestion de la pression n’ont aucun secret pour toi. 

  • Tu as impérativement déjà utilisé un outil de gestion de campagnes CRM, idéalement Adobe Campaign Classic et/ou Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Tu es une personne rigoureuse, organisée et autonome

  • Tu es force de proposition

  • Tu aimes creuser, chercher et trouver des solutions 

  • Tu adores tester, analyser et faire des recommandations pour booster les performances de tes actions (et tu les mets en place!) 

  • Tu as un goût pour l'opérationnel

  • Tu es adaptable
