We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as our new Head of Digital Marketing (d/f/m).
Ownership of the digital marketing strategy for our existing users across consumers, business customers and Real Estate professionals, providing recommendations for maximum impact for Kleinanzeigen across business areas
Develop data-driven insights, customer journeys and user-centric marketing tactics for our different customer groups – in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
Continuously improve marketing efficiency by applying a test and learn approach and implementing automation
Together with a cross-functional, international team strengthen customer retention and increase CLV
Lead, coach and develop a team of digital marketers and CRM experts
Champion our MarTech requirements and capabilities together with our central teams
Build and strengthen internal and external relationships and partnerships, including with the Adevinta Global Marketing team
Manage a double digit budget and optimize ROMI
Min. 10+ years’ experience and strong track record in digital marketing
Min. 3+ years’ experience as team lead with passion to develop people and teams
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing techniques and marketing technology
Excellent project management skills, familiar with agile working environments
Solid professional experience, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace
Experienced in stakeholder-management, consensus-building and decision making with excellent communication skills
Fast apprehension, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills, structured and self-driven
Result-oriented: You set clear goals and metrics, shape strategies, and align the teams on the right path to success.
Pragmatic: Your positive attitude will overcome challenges with passion and creativity. Your bias for action inspires. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team build a great product and a successful business

Excellent communication skills in German and English
BA/BS degree is required (postgraduate or professional degrees a plus)
