Job Description
As the Working Student or Intern (d/f/m) in Transactions you will support our business development team both in day-to-day tasks such as operational management and market analyses, but also on large strategic initiatives such as our free shipping promotions, and managing new and existing partnerships. You will work closely with colleagues across product, tech, analytics, UX, and customer service.
To be a working student you must be actively enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany. To complete an internship you can be either enrolled or have graduated no longer than 12 months ago. Working students join for 20h/week, while the internship is full-time for 6 months.
Your tasks will include:
Developing business cases and next steps for multiple strategic initiatives around topics such as shipping and payments.
Active support in operational and strategic project management in the business development team.
Making our promotions an even bigger success by analysing past performance, developing new promotional strategies, and testing different setups, all in close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Tech.
Collaboration on cross-functional projects and topics in the area of product, marketing and user experience, e.g. market and competition analyses, generation of user insights, developing strategic initiatives based on internal insights.

Your profile:
To be a working student you must be actively enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany. To complete an internship you can be either enrolled or have graduated no longer than 12 months ago. You are studying or have studied ideally business management or a similar field.
Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
First work experience with ecommerce through relevant internships is an advantage.
You enjoy working in a diverse, dynamic and agile team.
Self-motivated, detail-focused, and solution-oriented. A self starter that has the customer at heart.
Confident handling of Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as Slack and Google Suite products.
