We are looking for an IT Process Excellence Manager, to set up and manage a fit-for-purpose process excellence framework for the Enterprise Platforms and Technology Operations (EPTO) tribe and its stakeholders.You will foster operational excellence, driving continuous improvement while keeping high adoption, efficiency and increasing maturity for both global internal EPTO processes and business processes supported by EPTO. Therefore, you will need to have a profound understanding of relevant operating model dimensions and act as a single point of contact for all process- and governance related issues.
You will:
Provide, maintain and improve a consistent and standard framework for EPTO internal and business supported processes, e.g., own the EPTO global process framework in alignment with the P&T framework and other business frameworks - ensure consistent process ownership from EPTO product and service lines
Support the recalibration of a product centric operating model in our IT services from a process, governance and metrics point of view, e.g., business process automations
Coordinate with process owners to continuously improve processes, e.g., support on identifying the end-to-end processes, streamlining workflow, removing waste or increasing automation
Quality assurance on processes and measure effectiveness, adoption or maturity with metrics, e.g., provide best practices on KPIs and revise and advise on OKRs
Ensure a process knowledge sharing function to EPTO internal and external stakeholders in interaction with Comms and change manager, e.g., act as owner of the established process documentation and update them regularly
Who you are
Experienced in delivering an IT process excellence framework in a global, technology and data driven environment
Good working knowledge in defining, monitoring and reporting on IT processes, quality standards and lean principles
Be an ambassador for best practices, continuous improvement, guiding towards excellence
Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across EPTO and the Business functions
Technical and business level English is a must
