We are seeking experienced Paid Digital Marketing Specialists to join the Benelux Marketing Team (based in Amsterdam) and Adevinta's global team of digital experts to further accelerate our digital acquisition & retention roadmap.

The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, experience with various paid digital acquisition channels, and a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies.
In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day management of campaign set-up, trafficking, tracking, troubleshooting and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DV360 ….) in a way which enables us to achieve best in class processes within our roadmap towards programmatic autonomy.
The successful candidates should be looking to develop their career in Paid Digital Marketing execution and be eager to learn in a fast-paced and data driven environment. They will enjoy new challenges and drive innovation. Candidates must not only be technically sound, but also be good data detectives when necessary. It is expected that the Paid Digital Marketing Specialists will be the “go-to” experts to the rest of the media team for topics as varied as dynamic ad serving, creative specs, tracking and campaign optimizations across multiple digital platforms.
In this exciting role, you will be working closely with Paid Media Specialists (who define and coordinate the execution of the annual paid media strategies for our Recommerce, Mobility & SMB verticals), Integrated Marketing, Content development, CRM & Analytics teams as well as strategic Ad Tech partners and various agencies so you will require a solid ability to manage projects across multiple departments and partners and showcase good communication skills.
What you'll do
Build Digital Marketing campaigns: experienced in day-to-day management of campaign set-up, trafficking, tracking, troubleshooting of digital campaigns on channels such as Paid Search, Feedbased Remarketing & Prospecting, Video, Paid Social and App Campaigns.
Manage and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns within your channel responsibility: you will be hands-on, with a continued strive to improve performance, embrace automation and technology to streamline processes.
Analyse, report, and present results: high level of analytical skills required and ability to understand data and the story it tells. Report these findings in a clear manner and identify additional opportunities.
Scale your expertise: Keep ahead of the industry landscape to identify any potential opportunities for our business. Communicate and share learnings locally and globally with the intent to drive and scale best practices.
Contribute to the identification of emerging media consumption & technology trends and test new ways to connect with our various audiences across multiple platforms & formats.
Combine excellent paid digital media market, technical knowledge & data analysis to help the team develop, activate, and optimize a large variety of sophisticated campaigns across the funnel.
Who you are
Native Dutch language skills and Proficient English language skills
3+ years Digital Marketing experience (particularly Search, display, video, social).
Strong expertise with proven track record in operational PPC account management (optimization, measurement, bidding, structure, audience management, targeting, keyword research, ad copy writing).
Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta ads, Retargeting Campaigns.
Experience in managing dynamic ad campaigns with product feed.
Management and understanding of tracking pixels.
Experience in app marketing and marketing automation are a plus.
A passionate & data driven media expert with great knowledge of the Dutch (& ideally Belgian) digital media landscape as well as progressive measurement & optimization techniques.
A strong teammate who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrated digital paid media execution to very high standards, with personal accountability for great performance.
Positive energy, willingness to develop further, proactive, entrepreneurial way of thinking.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Solid communication skills: the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and guide team members on doing the same.
