Job Description

CDD de 6 mois

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Paie Groupe, le gestionnaire de paie a pour mission de :
- Enregistrer des contrats de travail dans le système de paie.
- Collecter et traiter les éléments de paie : contractuels et variables. 
- Assurer le contrôle de la paie de son périmètre.
- Effectuer les contrôles de masse confiés. 
- Préparer les virements des salaires. 
- Contrôler, déclarer et payer les charges sociales.
- Traiter les soldes tout compte et transmettre les documents de fin de contrat. 
- Déclarer et suivre les attestations des salaires et les dossiers des complémentaires prévoyance des arrêts de travail. 
- Signaler toute régression du logiciel de paie et effecturer la recette des corrections et développements livrés.
- Apporter des réponses aux questions des salariés et des services partenaires.
- Apporter des explications aux écarts de lettrage des comptes comptables de rémunération.
- Répondre aux enquêtes périodiques de la DARES
- Être force de proposition et participer à l’optimisation des procédures existantes.
