Job Description
To support our Product Team, we are looking for you as a Product Manager, Advertising (d/f/m).
In this role you will represent our product team as well as our advertising business within the product organization of Mobile.de and play a crucial role in developing our advertising products from the customer's perspective, as well as creating an optimal user experience.
You closely collaborate with teams working on product, engineering, data and design, driving a lean product development process.
You will be responsible for all Advertising integration across our product and help us to bring these integration to a new level balancing our revenue streams and bringing value to our consumers while also ensuring mobile.de has the best user experience in the market.
Your responsibilities:
You represent our advertising business within our Product & Tech Organization and maintain contact with all relevant stakeholders.
Discover and transform our advertising landscape towards in-product advertising which drives relevancy and user value
You find a healthy balance between advertising, revenue goals, and user value, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
You monitor the market, identify opportunities, and actively steer the further development and continuous improvement of our advertising products.
Together with all teams in Advertising, you work on problem-solving for our customers, define initial product versions, and iteratively evolve them.
You define the release and time-to-market plan and monitor the relevant KPIs.
Your profile:
Hands-on Product Management experience (ideally 4+years) with proven experience as a product manager in digital advertising or e-commerce.
Good understanding of the advertising landscape, particularly regarding trends and technologies, to develop innovative and competitive advertising products and solutions.
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and foster alignment
Ability to formulate product vision, strategy, roadmaps and set quarterly OKRs
An understanding of agile development methodologies and a knowledge of how product managers empower teams to create the best products/software
Lean user testing and MVP best practices
You have a great understanding of AB testing and experimentation and how to use it for product development.
You have a quick grasp of concepts and work in a structured manner. Numbers, analyses, and reports are essential foundations for your decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
You speak English fluently and ideally also have a good knowledge of German.
