Job Description
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
- Prospecter une zone géographique définie
- Effectuer 10 rendez-vous/ semaine chez vos prospects et clients afin de vendre l'ensemble des produits qui leurs sont destinés dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale attendue.
- Remonter un maximum d'informations à votre responsable concernant ces différents clients (besoins, objections, relations avec leur réseau) par le biais d'un reporting et de vos entretiens hebdomadaires.
- Atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs qui vous seront fixés.
- Faire signer de nouveaux contrats, développer le CA de contrats en cours.
- Travailler la relation client de proximité, en développant la dimension service et conseil.
- Sens commercial, écoute et maîtrise des étapes de la négociation (cycle court) face à des interlocuteurs d'expérience et exigeants.
- Sens aiguisé du développement "newbiz" et de la tenue d'un parc client "up/cross"
- Autonomie d'organisation (10 RDV/ semaine)
- Goût de la vente et du challenge
- Esprit de synthèse indispensable pour assurer un reporting de qualité
- Rigueur, discipline et organisation sont essentiels pour la préparation et le suivi des RDV
- Esprit d'équipe indispensable ; le commercial contribue à un résultat collégial
- Energie & Engagement : la charge de travail est importante et les thématiques à couvrir nombreuses
