Within the Sales Department, the Business Development team dedicated to Transactional Consumer Goods defines leboncoin's positioning and steers the operational strategy for developing this market, in coordination with the Adevinta Group's global teams and all stakeholders.
Reporting to the Business Development Director for this activity, your main objective will be to contribute to the growth of the transactional business. To achieve this, you will be given the following tasks:
Project management as part of ongoing revenue management initiatives (optimising the prices offered to our users and profitability).
Monitoring our main KPIs on a day-to-day basis, as well as setting up spreadsheet-based visualisations to track them.
Take charge of the various reports for management within the scope of the business;
Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial and commercial projections;
Assessing the impact of features and commercial operations deployed on site.
Analysis of the effectiveness and relevance of current offers and products.
Participating in calls for tenders relating to the transactional market.
Participate in defining the annual strategic vision for the market in conjunction with the business manager and global teams;
Ability to analyse and summarise, rigour, autonomy and ability to stand back.
Experience with a visualisation tool such as Power BI or spreadsheet.
A critical mind and a natural ability to take a step back will be appreciated when challenging figures and recommendations.
Business English (read and spoken) is also essential. This is our first language in our day-to-day dealings with the Group;
Team spirit to create synergies with other markets.
Good interpersonal skills and adaptability;
Technical expertise in database operations and queries would be a plus.
