Senior Frontend Engineer (React) – Team Backoffice (F/H)

Nous recherchons actuellement un·e développeur·euse Front Web (React) pour rejoindre la feature team "MIM Transac" qui développe les outils backoffice liés au transactionnel du site leboncoin.fr


Notre objectif est de fournir les meilleurs outils possibles à notre relation client afin de leur
permettre d'aider aux mieux les utilisateurs du site leboncoin.fr !

L'équipe :

6 personnes dont 1 EM, 1 PO, 3 dev Front et 1 dev back


Environnement tech :

• Javascript ES6
• React JS
• TypeScript
• Tests unitaires couverts à 100% avec React Testing Library
• Code Review et Pair Programming
• Code versionning avec Github
• Continuous Integration avec Travis
• Méthode Agile dérivée de Scrum
• (Backend architecturé en microservices développés en Golang)

Ce qu'on attend de vous :

• En collaboration avec le Product Owner de l'équipe, assurer le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi que maintenir celles déjà existantes. Cela impliquera la conception et le développement de nouveaux parcours ainsi que la modification de certains déjà existants.
• Être force de propositions aussi bien sur la partie technique que produit et UX.
• Être autonome et pragmatique.
• En tant que développeur·euse senior, vous aurez aussi pour mission d'accompagner la montée en compétence des autres développeur·euse·s travaillant sur le backoffice et de garantir l'uniformité des pratiques de dev sur cette stack.
• Vous serez aussi amené·e à aider l'Engineering Manager à identifier puis planifier les chantiers techniques front ainsi qu'à définir la stratégie technique pour la stack front du Backoffice.
