Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement on 29 October 2019 and the ongoing rights issue in Adevinta ASA (the "Company").
The Company's Chair, Orla Noonan has on 30 October 2019, through her close associate Knightly Investments, subscribed for 30 new shares based on subscription rights granted to her in the rights issue. The shares were subscribed at a subscription price of NOK 0.20. Following which, Orla Noonan owns 70 subscription rights and upon issuance of the new shares, she will own a total number of 5,030 ordinary shares in the Company.
